Orange on the Seder Plate

I was eating lunch with a two Jewish ladies today and they started talking about Passover.

 

Tradition says a Rabbi was asked if he thought women would ever be Rabbis. His response was that women will be at the Bimah (front of the synagogue where Rabbi’s work) when there is an orange on the Seder Plate.

 

So, if you are eating Passover next week and you see a slice of orange on your plate. I don’t know. I am just saying….
